Puerto Rico Farm Credit is governed by a locally elected Board of Directors representing major areas and ag-industries of the island of Puerto Rico. There are seven borrower stockholders elected by the voting stockholders. In addition, the seven elected directors chose the two external director. Each director serves a term of three years.
