Puerto Rico Farm Credit is governed by a locally elected Board of Directors representing major areas and ag-industries of the island of Puerto Rico. There are six borrower stockholders elected by the voting stockholders. In addition, the six elected directors chose the outside director. Each director serves a term of three years.
